We’re searching for a talented and trustworthy team player who has the desire to continually develop new skills! Our locations include: Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, Pappasito’s Cantina, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse and Pappas Bar-B-Q. Our Service Technicians provide support to our restaurants. Responsibilities include maintaining and servicing restaurant kitchen equipment, including laundry equipment, beverage systems, boilers, ice machines, coolers and HVAC work. Daily travel is required to various restaurant locations, other company locations and parts houses.Pay and Benefits: Competitive pay; medical, dental and life insurance, 401k, a company vehicle and Pappas dining benefits. - CFC Certification Type II or better
- 3 Years HVAC/Refrigeration experience
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment a plus
- Must enjoy working in a team environment
