They are flexible, enjoy thinking on their feet and adjusting in the moment, and are able to learn and quickly adapt to new curricula and teaching rubrics. They are excited to work with students from all cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, and they can foster a respectful, safe, and enriching classroom environment.
