Your Role With Us:

Your excellent leadership and education skills combine to make you a content matter expert focused on creating and implementing education and professional development curriculum. As a creative, flexible, strategic and strong communicator, skilled in working with people from all backgrounds, you will lead and creator of a series of IDEAL curricular initiatives, provide one-on-one consultations with leaders, staff, and support the coordination, review and approval of program and curricular modifications.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ethnic studies, sociology, business, human resources, international studies, or a related field ; or, ability to obtain within 5-years of hire
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ professional level experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Equity, Human Resources, or Healthcare
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in leading diversity & inclusion workplace efforts
  • Experience in facilitating or presenting workplace diversity topics, group training and/or curriculum development
