Job description
Looking for a qualified individual to do 1099 work in the area. Scope will consist of upfront plan and budget reviews, monthly visits to construction sites, reviewing pay applications prepared by the General Contractor as well as general review of change orders and project schedule. Experience with Property Condition Assessments (aka PCA or PNA reports) a plus.
Requirements: Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management background. Prior experience authoring the same reviews is a plus. Proficiency in MS office is required. Technical writing and multi-family housing experience a plus, as is familiarity with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
