** $1000 Incentive Bonus **

We have immediate openings for energetic, compassionate infant care assistant to provide nurturing childcare for infants and children in our Pregnant & Parenting Women's Residential program. Position is in a daycare setting for the children of parents completing chemical dependency treatment. This position is hourly non-exempt, full-time. Provide nurturing childcare for infants and preschool children in a daycare setting for the children of mothers in a long term residential substance use disorder treatment program.

Assistants encourage individuality and independence and assist the children in gaining the skills for understanding and expressing their wants and needs, and to resolve their conflicts. You will also assist parents in learning nurturing and appropriate methods of parental control while the patients are participating in the childcare program.

Minimum Qualifications

• Childcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively and compassionately with diverse populations.
• Will complete STARS training within 6 months of hire and complete annually thereafter.
• Reliable work attendance
• Fully vaccinated against COVID 19.
