This opportunity focuses on injection molding, assembly, and attention to detail to maintain part quality. Available Shifts:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- 12-hour rotating night shift (7pm-7am)(2-2-3 schedule)
Wage & Shift Premiums:
$19.61 + shift premium
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) premium: $0.70
- 12-hour rotating night shift (7pm-7am)(2-2-3 schedule) premium: $1.50
Responsibilities:
- Perform machine adjustments (startup, running, shutdown) to maintain part quality and production targets.
- Perform minor servicing of the press.
- Cross training participation in order to continuously develop new skills and equipment to keep improving.
- Record and submit production quality data.
- Contribute to our safe environment by following safety procedures and making suggestions, willingness to be an ER Team Member is a plus!
Requirements:
- Physical and Environmental Requirements: 5’ 6” height requirement is in place for some of our press positions due to safety and ergonomic reasons.
- Ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds and able to stand on feet for entire shift.
- Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions along with perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to work at established level of production as appropriate to the job.
- Good physical mobility
