The Position: Inside Sales Treatment Specialist - Remote Opportunity

Treatment Specialist – Remote Sales Job Description:

As a Beautiful You Weight and Skin Solutions Treatment Specialist, you will virtually consult and sell our aesthetic services to new and existing patients. A Treatment Specialist will reach out to new marketing leads provided by our social media marketing team. This role requires follow up with patients who have not purchased in the past. Our successful remote sales team is making upwards of 200 outbound calls a day to new/past leads.

Inside Sales Treatment Specialist/Remote Sales Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate sales process by lead outreach; conduct initial consultation; describe Beautiful You Weight and Skin Solutions treatments and skincare line
• Close sales by building rapport with patient; explain product and service capabilities and overcome objections
• Recommend new services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment process and patient goals
• Prepare financing contracts with lenders such as PatientFi and United Medical Credit
• Minimum 100 outbound calls per day
• One weekend shift required every week

Inside Sales Treatment Specialist/Remote Sales Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of sales experience with an emphasis on business development and cold calling
• Proven experience in overcoming client objections and strong negotiating skills
• Ability to work remotely with a self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual and professional
• Experience with Zoom, ZOHO, Microsoft Office Suite, and Invoicing

Remote Inside Sales Compensation:

Beautiful You Weight and Skin Solutions offers a generous pay structure through commissions. This position is 100% commission based and includes performance bonuses. Our reps average monthly take home between $3,500 and $5,500 in commission.

Please note this position is classified as a -1099 contracted worker.
