Position: Inside Sales Associate

Summary: The Inside Sales Associate plays a fundamental role in Cayosoft’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Location: 480 Olde Worthington Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43082

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate data and forecasts within Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospect by nurturing pipeline, providing reliable business intelligence, and organized, continuous follow-up
  • Develop solid working knowledge of Cayosoft, Inc. Software Products and the benefits they provide to potential customers
  • Remain knowledgeable and current on changes in product development, sales and marketing departments
  • Advising clients of new products, new solutions and services as they become available
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up to reach decision makers within an organization
  • Perform effective online demos
  • Route enterprise opportunities to the Sales Leader for appropriate territory assignment for Enterprise Sales Team for further development and closure
  • Work with Sales Team to create monthly, quarterly and annual quotas/goals, providing quantitative/measurable forecasting
  • Provide support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations and closure
  • Constant evaluation of CRM provided information for new lead generation to obtain new business

Qualifications and Qualities

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of proven software sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Strong business acumen, and ability to have business conversations at all levels within an organization
  • Proven ability to manage entire sales process through close
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as other advanced software knowledge
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines and sales goals
  • Strong organizational, analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional listening skills to understand for customer cues and actively provides resolution
  • Excellent electronic correspondence skills with knowledge of basic business research tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with some direction in a fast-paced environment, must be high-energy and positive
