What you will do:

• Assist the Lead Installer with light repair and installation work.
• Observe and learn all aspects of the trade.
• Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer.
• Be accurate and timely with all paperwork.
• Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
• Maintained a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Always be safety-conscious both on the job and while driving.
• Represent the Acree way- Positive, Passionate, and Professional.

What we look for:

• MUST have a Valid Driver's license with a CLEAN driving record.
• Undergo background checks, drug screens, and driving record screens.
• Positive attitude
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100lbs.
