Description:

JCI is looking for commercial install technicians to join their team to help with the workload. They are open to any technicians with industry experience or strong cable technicians with a solid wiring background. The ideal candidate would be coming from 2-3 years of experience in a commercial setting.

• Service, troubleshoot and program Fire Alarm, CCTV and Card Access systems.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Backup other technicians willing to work overtime to provide same day service for overflow service calls.
• Maintaining an accurate inventory
• Effectively communicate with our customers and provide high quality service

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM (can be flexible with start times)

Ideally looking someone who can hit the ground running and requires little training that they can pair with a more junior technician. They need to know how to program at least one system. Need someone with excellent customer service skills and someone who can work well with others. Strong communication skills are also required.

Territory: Harrisburg/Lancaster Area – to Redding, PA (east) – to York, PA/ Chambersburg, PA (west) to Maryland boarder.

• Must have basic hand tools and a 6 foot ladder.
• They will be expected to use their own vehicle but we will reimbursing mileage from job sites. (They are expected to cover their commute to and from work)
