Job Title: Installer

Reports to: Lead Installer

Job Summary:

Installer will be responsible for an install of an epoxy floor from start to finish, which includes the following:

• Preparing truck for installations with required materials and tools
• Prepping surface for epoxy installation (grinding, vacuuming, repairing concrete, taping sidewalls, preparing installation materials for application)
• Installing multi layer epoxy/polyaspartic products onto concrete floor via paintbrush, mini roller, and large roller

This person will always have 1-2 other employees on a job and will operate as a team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Shows up on time and presentable
• Ability to work on their feet for 4-7 hours.
• Ability to perform under time constraints i.e. high-paces and at times stressfull (due to product drying)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to meet in Castle Hayne around 7:30 for installations (will be back between 2:30-4:00 for 90% of installations)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.31 - $22.06 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
