Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing and resolving all travel insurance policy related inquires.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all in-bound sales and eligibility requests.- Manage policy administration such as eligibility, cancellations, and upgrades.
- Educate customers on policies and providing consultation as needed
- Correspond via email and track correspondence in case management tool.
- Providing subject matter expertise and support new insurance business initiatives
- Create learning environments, through documentation and classroom facilitation.
- Document all relevant activity effectively and accurately in case management system.
Your Profile
Education, Experience, and Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training
Work Experience:
- One to three years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Advanced customer service skills

Sales experience

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Intermediate knowledge working with CMS and CRM platforms
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- License for Property Casualty and /or Life and Health
