Here at the Malen Agency, we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities and grow our position to be the number one producing Goosehead Insurance agency in Austin, Texas! Sales Executive responsibilities include establishing partnerships with others in the real estate industry and pursuing new sales prospects. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential referral partners and customers to demonstrate our services & products, we’d like to meet you. Potential residual income is endless for the dependable hard working individuals that want to grow their own book of business with us. We have a vast amount of resources available to help you achieve personal and financial success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve best results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Uphold our company culture and mission statement

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
