Our agency is located in the North Fort Worth area in Haslet, TX. Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Assess clients insurance needs, develop quotes, educate/present quote to the client, and close sales
- Maintain a database of current and potential clients
- Quickly respond to leads received
- Ensure clients understand their insurance needs and coverages
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Have a team mindset
- Ability to work in a fun competitive atmosphere
- Work in office Monday - Friday
Requirements
- Sales experience or a client facing background is a plus
- Must be coachable and have a proven track record of dependability and trustworthiness
- Excellent communication skills with team members and clients
- Must be self motivated and eager to grow and develop
- Property and Casualty Licensed in the State of Texas
- Insurance experience is preferred but not required
