Allstate Insurance Sales Professional

We are a new start-up agency with ground floor opportunities for the right competitive individuals. We are located in the heart of Frisco, just across the Tollway from The Star. Because we are a new agency, we will provide a rich pipeline of leads.

You’ll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, retirement income and live a good life. You will apply your knowledge and sales skills to help protect our customer’s needs by providing personalized service with trusted advice.

Job Responsibilities (What you’ll do)

• Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
• Be a team-player to help grow the agency

• Be organized and efficient
• Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
• Ensure a positive customer experience

Job Requirements (Who you are)

• Driven, confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Excellent verbal & written communication/interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 – 3 years prior sales experience preferred

• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses within 60 days, already possessing a license is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
