Intake Support Coordinator (Hybrid)
VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual for our Full Time Intake Support Coordinator position. This role will support the enrollment department in all administrative functions and help oversee the successful completion of departmental responsibilities.
As the Intake Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all staff time cards, scheduling meetings, corresponding with potential members, processing vendor invoices and working in conjunction with the Director of Enrollment with any necessary support.
We would like to speak to those who bring a minimum of 2-3 years of job-related experience. Prior MLTC or healthcare experience strongly preferred. High school diploma required and Associates degree preferred. Strong computer skills and excellent communication will be vital to this role.
