Where you’ll work:Our hybrid workplace model offers the freedom to work fully remote or occasionally in one of our offices. This is a remote position with a hybrid option for candidates based in Charlotte, NC
How you’ll contribute:
The Interface Analyst Manager will manage a large team of onshore and offshore full-time employees and consultants to help achieve strategic business objectives through the technical design, implementation, and oversight of technical solutions in the Client Solutions, Marketing & Distribution technology function. This role will challenge you to think differently and allow you to use your creativity in deploying effective and efficient solutions. The team works to ensure delivery is consistent and aligns to the highest strategic priorities to further your personal and company’s goal.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Lead in the design, implementation, and launch phases of new life product initiatives
- Collaborate with all partner areas throughout the product development process
- Represent Life Product Development in key meetings. Develop materials to provide insight on key initiatives, as well as collect feedback and input on new features and products
- Subject matter expert in project management concepts such as Scope, Communication, Financial and Risk Management practices
- Analytic and strategic thinker capable of translating senior-level direction and corporate risk management policies and procedures into structured, practical, efficient and effective business processes. Able to achieve results in a matrix setting through stewardship, influence, motivation and change leadership
- Problem-solver with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative information into actionable recommendations
- Strong leader with demonstrated sound business judgment. Able to inspire the trust, confidence and respect of peers and other senior leaders. Develops talent for the future.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills – including oral and written communications, relationship building, collaboration, influencing, negotiation and conflict mediation – across a broad range of levels in the organization
- Self-driven ability to understand, uncover, resolve, and recommend options to solve complex business issues with technology solutions
- Ability to produce and decipher complex technical use cases, user stories, process flows, diagraming, data analysis, data mapping, interfaces, reporting and testing activities on web and hosted technologies
- Understanding of application development and/or technical acumen
- Ability to successfully interface with all roles of technical solution stand up projects and programs
- Passion for innovation and dedication to enterprise technology development objectives
- Flexible team player with proven track record driving and delivering successful technology solutions
- Proven track record in meeting aggressive deadlines
- 10+ years of related experience in data management and people management
- A Bachelor’s degree, Masters (preferred)
- 7+ years of related experience in the insurance industry

- Compensation – Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results
