Internet (BDC) Sales Representative - Tom Wood Lexus
Job description
Tom Wood Lexus is looking for a part-time Internet Sales Representative to respond to internet customer inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on internet sales. This position is a part of our Business Development Center (BDC).
This position will be required to work Fridays and Saturdays, in addition to one other day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
- Sell cars using email, phone, and face-to-face skills
- Use email, lead management tools (CRM), websites, Microsoft Office applications, and the internet
- Maintain accurate sales documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking the right questions and listening to their response
- Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Maintain a prospect development system
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department
- Attend sales meetings and product training courses to stay current with products and terminology
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Has strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Maintains a high level of customer service; always being positive and outgoing
- Team-oriented and flexible; willing to learn
- Has strong computer and internet skills; including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license, with clean record
- Previous sales experience, a plus!
