Inventory Auditor

This position is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day inventory management functions, comprised of physical inventory counts and bin management.
Key Responsibilities:
Cycle Counting:
- Create and finalize manual and automatic inventory counts
- Double count any inventory discrepancies
- Providing solutions to inventory questions and/or issues
- Reviewing inventory counts daily with the Inventory Control Lead
Bin Management:
- Utilize NetSuite reports to replenish picking locations from bulk stock daily
- Oversee all bin transfers and work with Inventory Control Team to ensure all bin transfers are accounted for
- Review and implement goods inwards processes and oversee picking location cleanliness
Key Performance Indicators:
Inventory accuracy per day and per week
- Benchmark: 95%
Items counted per day and per week
- Benchmark: 60/day | 300/week
Percentage of bins replenished
- Benchmark: 99.3% of bins replenished by 10am daily
Requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse setting or as an inventory controller/auditor
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school degree
Nice to Have
- Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Netsuite experience
