We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst with experience in product management to join our international team on a full-time basis.

This position will report directly to Purchasing and Logistics Manager.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience;
• High proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite;
• Experience working with WMS/ERP systems, experience with SellerCloud is a plus;
• Expert level of Excel proficiency required: Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and Macros;
• Incredibly detail-oriented and organized;
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities;
• Ability to work in a self-directed, entrepreneurial environment;
• Bachelors in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, etc).1-2 years of relevant experience;

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a cross-departmental team to track and record the movement of goods to, from, and within the warehouse to maintain an accurate inventory database.

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Allocating inventory to the correct locations as it is received into the warehouse.
• Adjusting the inventory database to reflect the movement of goods through the QC process into storage bin locations.
• Overseeing cycle counts.
• Reconciling all weekly picks against all weekly shipments and resolving issues.
• Publishing daily/weekly inventory reports for use by the entire company.
• Supporting in the transition and launch of new WMS/ERP Technologies;
• Ad Hoc reporting for Finance, Sales, and Ownership;
• Other duties may be assigned as the position and company evolve.
