The Inventory Coordinator is someone who is detail oriented and numbers driven. Data entry experience is important and inventory management experience would be helpful, but not required. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of inventory related to in line with these key competencies:

1. Timeliness and Accuracy - Ensure that all counts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Organization - Ensure that data is input efficiently and effectively.

3. Communication - Maintain open and clear lines of communication.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all manufacturing work orders daily
• Use Production Schedules to confirm accurate count of production sheets
• Resolve any issues with production sheets
• Complete inventory cutting for stacking daily
• Input data (Production Sheets) into cost tracking sheet daily
• Communicate and confirm all outliers with Production Manager
• Complete daily cycle counts
• Run negative inventory worksheet and count daily
• Count all items throughout the yard, in accordance with schedule
• Run variance daily reports each day
• Investigate variances and make appropriate adjustments
• Receive inventory and log in system (Spruce)
• Manage outgoing and incoming logbooks
• Manage monthly receiving totals

Qualifications:

• Data entry experience
• Lumber or warehouse knowledge
• Inventory management experience
• Experience in a manufacturing facility preferred, but not required
• Self-starter; Goal oriented; Team player
• Experience with lumber is a plus
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
