Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for the receiving of products, order picking, inventory management, and cycle counting. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations and inventory control system. You will also be trained and receive forklift certification on the job.

Summary of Job Duties:

• Receive incoming shipments and ensure that all items are accurately received into the NetSuite-based system
• Inspect shipments, document, and report any damaged goods and/or missing products
• Pick and fulfill orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Cross train for projected shipping and receiving initiatives
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that items are properly stored and readily available for order fulfillment
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in preparing regular inventory reports and updates

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory management, or related environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills, preferably with Microsoft software systems

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
