Primary Purpose of Organization Unit
DoIT partners with campus constituents to dream, design, implement, support and foster the adoption of information technology services appropriate for UNCP.
We are dedicated to continuous improvement, effective communication, and efficient management of information technology products, services, and support.

Primary Purpose of Position
This position supports the use of application systems by the UNCP campus. This position performs application administration duties of various enterprise applications as needed. Duties include the support of packaged enterprise and departmental applications, the development and support of local applications and interfaces between existing systems. This position compliments system administrators in the Enterprise Systems and Networking units of DoIT by assisting with the installation, configuration, management and support of web, application and middleware layer products. This position assists with the development and integration of technologies used by other DoIT units.

This position has been approved as a full time remote position that may periodically be required to report to campus as needed.

UNCP is looking for an experienced ServiceNow administrator to join our team. This position will serve as the primary application administrator of various enterprise applications used by UNCP. The principal application to be administered is ServiceNow. This position will develop custom service requests in ServiceNow as well as administer roles within the application.

This position will also serve as the primary administrator of other enterprise applications as assigned by the Director of Enterprise Applications.

Management Preference
Three (3) years administering any of the following ServiceNow modules, ITSM, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Project Management, Change Management, Incident Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Security Incident Response.
