CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Manager to join the leadership of our IT team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years' management experience
• At least 10 years working in IT
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and standards for managing IT services
• Experience managing a large IT team in a fast-paced industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, train, and mentor IT Support specialists.
• Follow and buy-in on the overall IT Company Vision.
• Report and monitor IT Performance and build metrics around support incidents.
• Evaluate, escalate, and recommend new IT Solutions and Improvements.
• Provide technical support online, over the phone, or through remote access.
• Monitor the performance and provide yearly performance evaluations to support team.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
