IT Network Administrator to our expanding IT Team! In this role, our Network Administrator will work hands on to ensure that Insomnia Cookies complex network of operating systems, software and applications are up and running on a 24/7 basis and provide leadership, guidance and support to over 200+ locations spanning the US.

Position responsibilities:
- Design, implement, manage, and document enterprise network and monitoring systems.
- Integrate network with security monitoring systems and provide compliance reporting.
- Manage deployments and security updates.
- Provide support to L2 on network-wide issues.
- Generate documentation for technical support and regulatory compliance.
- Secure virtual and physical networks and configure for cost-effectiveness and high availability.
- Generate and maintain network documentation, reporting for compliance and technical support.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery, backup, user authentication/single sign-on (SSO), and endpoint management systems.
Desired skills, degree and experience:
- 5+ years network systems administration experience with at least 2+ of those in the retail, restaurant or hospitality industry
- 2 years of enterprise firewall, network security and systems monitoring experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant/recent certifications a plus
- Direct and hands on experience developing and maintaining Active Directory and Group Policies
- Experience with retail or large-scale IT deployments and maintaining enterprise networking hardware (Meraki, Cradlepoint, Cisco, Fortinet)
- Amazon Web Services experience
- Microsoft Azure/AD/Office 365/SharePoint/Exchange
- MS Azure SSO and Endpoint Manager
- Apple Business Manager familiarity
- Knowledge of SOX & PCI compliance
- Problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects/responsibilities
- Strong written documentation and verbal communication skills
