We are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer who is passionate about providing amazing customer experience while delivering outstanding technical support.

The IT Support Engineer will interface daily with other technical staff, and work on assignments and delivering services to end-users. The incumbent will work closely with all users and management for issue resolutions, monitoring of our corporate IT infrastructure and drive service improvement to assist in its growth. May be assigned to lead initiatives/projects to drive technology improvement and user satisfaction as required.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be

• Responsible for the daily operations & maintenance of mobile and server devices in the server center and lab

• Responsible for the daily operations of Linux/Mac server/Switch/Access Point

• Owns and updates the management policy for the server center

Qualifications:

• Familiar with ADB (Android Debug Bridge), Linux commands, Android system reboot, and equipped with iOS related certifications

• Familiar with the resemble and recovery of Windows and Mac devices

• Prior experience with IT Help Desk is prefered
• Mandarin Preferred
