We are seeking a full-time onsite/hybrid remote IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. Revenue Enterprises is a busy contact-center serving healthcare provider patients M-F during business hours.
Revenue Enterprises IT Support Technician will help to maintain and monitor our systems, and help troubleshoot and fix hardware issues and software issues and system issues identified with support tickets. Using a service desk system you will be managing tickets , prioritizing requests and closing tickets for our team. Providing excellent internal customer service is critical to success.
You will also be called upon to provide special project support as needed for system updates and maintenance. This is an exempt position that may require flexibility in hours and days as needed.
Regular duties include performing employee new hire and NLE processes, user access management, ensuring IT compliance and security, and collaboration in IT departmental projects. You will be working with an experienced, motivated team willing to share their knowledge to help you expand your skillset.

Minimum knowledge of the following areas preferred:
- Active Directory and Azure fundamentals
- Knowledge of VMware
- Knowledge of Office 365 Portal Administration
- Knowledge of Exchange Online fundamentals (mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Office 365 groups)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent experience
- Thorough understanding of license assignment
- Knowledge of managing and maintaining Firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWALL, PFSense, CISCO,)
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
- MCSA certification and Network certifications a plus
- Apple OSX knowledge a plus
- Complete Technical understanding and expertise in Windows Desktop; DNS functionality; Mail flow diagnostics; VPN support; File server support; RDS environment support; and Active Directory support
- Solid customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work past scheduled work hours to complete work tasks; participate in rotation on-call schedule
- Reliable and punctual

High School diploma and 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology Help Desk preferred. Advanced Beginner to Intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook email and EXCEL.
