We have an immediate need for an experienced IT Systems Analyst to work with a company located in the city of Vernon. This is a direct-hire position that offers a salary of $80k.
Job description and requirements for IT Systems Analyst:
- Effectively provides support of existing installed applications as well as the deployment of upgrades and report development in the Microsoft SQL Server environment.
- Coordinates and participates in system testing in conjunction with other involved parties.
- Along with other members of the IT department, provides desktop support to all staff.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Evaluates and apply routine hardware and software application updates.
- Works alongside and supports other IT department team members with various technology-related projects.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is able to converse with all levels within the organization.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, preferably Windows Server 2016, Microsoft SQL Server with proficiency in T-SQL (queries, views, and stored procedures), as well as SSRS, Microsoft Access as a query reporting tool
- Accounting experience and or Epicor ERP, Advanced Financial Reporting, and XL Connect are preferred.
- Ability to work with end users at all levels throughout the organization.
- Up to 20% travel to nearby local offices.
