IT Systems Manager

Role Description

Revelation Pharma is a national network of 503A/503B compounding pharmacies providing innovative and quality pharmacy preparations and services through “industry best” patient care and solutions for customers. The compounding pharmacy industry is rapidly innovating and growing. Revelation Pharma will be a leader of that innovation and growth by bringing together top minds and talent in the industry to continue to leverage key insights and deliver top quality compounded drugs to meet patients’ exact needs. The team will seek to rekindle and harness much of the camaraderie and knowledge-sharing that has been a hallmark of the industry over the years.

Reporting to the CFO, the IT Systems Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage the organization’s external IT infrastructure partner while being an internal resource for the company on everything IT. The role will continue to morph and adapt to new pharmacy acquisitions as the IT Systems Manager will lead the integration.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our third party IT service provider (All Covered) to maintain strong organization or everything IT.

• Identify and implement IT systems to each pharmacy that is part of our network.

• Manage licenses of all computer software throughout the organization (Office 365, PK Software, Adobe, VoIP, etc)

• Develop plans for new acquisitions and how to get the new pharmacies up to our expectations from an IT expectation.

• Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency.

• Manage and lead other IT employees to satisfy the needs of Revelation leadership team.

• Supports the pharmacy inventory software (SiC) development and implementation teams.

• Other technology responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT systems or business

• Strong problem-solving and management skills

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of third party IT providers

• Advanced in working with servers, remote access, and Office 365

• Must be highly organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
