In this position, you’ll help with the maintenance of the company’s infrastructure. You’ll be supporting our users, managing our help desk tickets, and assisting our team in supporting critical applications.

About You

Job Responsibilities:
- End-user support onsite. Function as first-level support
- Support and manage the day-to-day operations of all end-user systems within the corporation
- Ask appropriate questions to understand the customer’s problem and log a ticket in the ticketing system
- Diagnose and solve issues related to application software, hardware, and operating systems
- Provide troubleshooting assistance using remote-control tools
- Create user accounts in Active Directory
- Configuring equipment such as workstations, mobile devices, and necessary peripheral devices
- Escalate to level 2 and 3 support appropriately
- Assist with administrative and other duties as assigned
Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 full years of direct relevant work experience
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Competent in basic networking skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
- Proficient with Windows OS, Office 365 apps, basic network troubleshooting.
- Proficient with Apple iOS devices
- Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Detail-oriented to ensure sufficient information is logged in tickets
- Highly organized to keep help desk tickets and inventory in order
- Minimum of 4 years of high school education and diploma
- No technical certifications required
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Only other specialized skill I would add is “Basic networking skills”
- Yes, proficient in English language, written, verbal and reading
- Proficient in the English language comprehension (written, oral, and reading)
- Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance)
- Ability to grasp, type with both hands, and reach

As an IT Technician at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company. System Pavers has a fantastic and dedicated team focused on helping our customer make memories with the friends and family. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role and qualified applicants must be able to work in the U.S. legally without requiring a work visa.
This is a full-time and on-site position in our Santa Ana, CA corporate office location. The expected work hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm PST. Will share a rotating on-call schedule with other engineers.
