BlueWater Federal is looking for an IT Trainer to join our Workspace Management team supporting our federal customer in Washington, D.C. (Navy Yard).

As an IT Trainer, you will help support NAVSEA in its rollout of ARCHIBUS to support Workspace Management (WSM). The role is primarily remote work.

Responsibilities

· Develop training plan for initial and periodic delivery of training by module and/or user role

· Work with subject matter experts to develop manuals and materials; coordinate production with on-staff editor; update manuals and materials as updates to software are released

· Schedule, arrange logistics, prepare materials, etc. to deliver successful and effective training

· Deliver training: live in-person, live via TEAMS, via pre-recorded training sessions

· Assess success of training sessions, materials, and vehicles and propose enhancements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred

· Must have 5+ years of IT training experience

· Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one

· Experience leading major/enterprise software training efforts is highly preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
