SUMMARY:
The IT Versitilist/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System Analyst is a member of the IT Versitilist team, and is primarily responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of the ERP system and related services. They will be a technical leader focused on supporting the operational and strategic needs of the business and clinical units they support. The incumbent will aid in the management, planning, coordinating, and operations of the ERP system, including daily support using best practices for business operation, and ensuring the system’s availability and functionality across the health system. They will also cross-train with the rest of the Versitilist team to ensure coverage for high-level service issues across the team’s areas of responsibility, and they will participate in the Versitilist team’s application support on-call rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The specifications listed below are representative of the education and experience as well as knowledge, skill and ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent job experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.
- Functional knowledge of server-client architecture, HL7 interface systems, networking, and other general enterprise IT skills.
- Ability to lead projects and deal with staff with different skills sets and backgrounds
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing and willing to take the lead on projects and initiatives
- Ability to get things done in a timely manner with high quality and thoroughness
- Detail oriented, organized and highly motivated
- Positive attitude, great teamwork mindset, and a willingness to assist wherever needed
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work will under pressure with time-sensitive deadlines
