Job description

This is not a full-time position. I have a retail store that needs to be cleaned seven days a week from 7am to 9:30 am totaling up to 17.5 hours a week. Must work every other weekend. Additional work is available if interested. We are looking for a janitor to carry out cleaning and floor care. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Immediate Opening -

• Rossford, OH - Retail - Must pass background check - up to 7 days a week - 7am to 9:30am

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven work experience - will train right candidate
• Ability to handle floor care equiptment - autoscrubber/buffer
• Integrity and ability to work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
