All Pro Building Maintenance is a well-established janitorial company that goes above and beyond for all APBM customers. We are looking for a Team Player to join our growing team.

Major tasks include:

• Dust major horizontal areas
• Vacuums/sweeps and mop
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Cleans and restocks bathrooms/kitchens.
• Empty trash cans
• Keep buildings clean and orderly condition
• Perform routine maintenance tasks

• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Janitor Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to learn quickly and complete work without supervision.

Dress Code: Casual, All Pro T-shirt, Long pants, Closed-toe shoes, Outerwear is provided for weather conditions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday after 5 PM
