Job description

The City of Perryville is currently accepting applications for part-time Janitor at the Perry Park Center. Your duties would include keeping all indoor and outdoor buildings, facilities, and restrooms within the park system clean and orderly as well as assisting with set-up and clean-up of Park and Recreation Department events.

This is a permanent part-time position which averages 24 hours per week with a salary of $14.19 per hour. A strong preference will be given to applicants with the following skills, abilities and qualifications:

• Valid Missouri driver’s license (required)
• Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent GED (preferred)
• One-year prior janitorial work experience (preferred)
• Excellent work history and attendance record in previous employment, with verifiable references indicating a high level of honesty and integrity
