Job Brief

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and highly motivated Store Manager with jewelry experience who is ready to take on all management responsibilities.

Lauray’s store manager will be result-driven. You will be responsible for the overall management of the store by making sure it runs profitably, smoothly, cleanly, and effectively. Your duties will include motivating the sales teams, developing business strategies, meeting sales and profitability goals, ensuring security protocols are followed, and overall store efficiency.

Lauray’s Store manager will be responsible for interviewing, recruiting, and hiring as well as potentially supervising assistant store managers.

We do require jewelry store management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop business strategies to expand our customer base, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through exemplary customer service.
Respond to customer concerns in a professional manner.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
Be a shining example of professional and courteous behavior with high personal performance.
Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional groups.
Additional store manager duties as needed.

Requirements

Proven successful experience as a retail Jewelry store manager.
Powerful leadership skills and business orientation.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of business management.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
