Work Location: Apple Valley, Fort Irwin

• Attendance and punctuality.
• Take duty-free breaks & lunches, as scheduled.
• Clock-in & out with Paycom app.
• Refrain from gossip, or any other activity in which will result in disruption of the workplace.
• Sexual or any other discriminatory harassment of any form of another person, client, or employee is prohibited, and a violation of company policy.
• Divulging confidential information, of any kind, to any unauthorized person(s) is a violation of HIPPA, and will be handled in accordance to HIPPA Law.
• At no time are staff and clients to engage in inappropriate and/or sexual relationships. Staff will be reported to authorities and immediately discharged.
• Calling a client by a nickname, pet name, or of any dialect is unprofessional, and not acceptable in the workplace.
• Follow company dress code policy: Wear provided company shirts.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to push/pull respectively up to 50 lbs

• Follow scope of work for each assigned contract, site and/or building.
• Communicate with Contract Manager/ Site Foreman as issues arise.
• Interact with disabled adults in a positive and effective manner
• Exercise good judgment.
• Support clients in reaching goals.
• Provide direct instruction through physical and verbal communication.
• Conduct “appropriate” social behavior during scheduled work hours.
• Instruct and demonstrate clients to follow company safety rules and procedures.
• Providing hands on training with client
• Communicate all client issues by filling out OR’s, and IR’s to Case Manager.
• Perform Emergency Drill report (3) three times a month.
• Implement PPE safety gear, including glove change as needed.
• Complete monthly progress report
• Punch in/out using Paycom time system. When time errors occur, you must complete the time adjustment form.
