- Reports directly to the Technical Lead responsible for providing technical direction, guidance, and oversight for this task
- You will be responsible for owning end-to-end dashboard development including requirement gathering
- Monitor & maintain existing dashboards in production
- Identify opportunities and influence partners to act: Provide insights to the leadership team on the impact of strategic initiatives on the key metrics
- Drive self-serve and data literacy: democratize data by building and socializing decision tools (dashboards, reports); build key data sets/pipelines to empower operational and exploratory analysis
- Define, implement, and standardize metrics, reports, and dashboards
- BA/BS or additional 2+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a similar quantitative field, is preferred.
- Should have excellent analytical and data modelling abilities as well as outstanding business acumen and comfort with technical teams, data, and systems
- Must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and will enjoy working with large scale data
- Must have 2+ years of experience using, writing, and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment.
- Must have 2+ years of Azure experience, emphasis on DataFactory, PowerShell, PowerAutomate, Azure Dataverse, SSMS, SSIS, PowerBI & other PowerApps.
- Fluent in Python
- Must have 2+ years of experience using business intelligence reporting and visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Looker and QuickSight, Advanced Excel such as v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Must be able to manually overcome any technology issues to report information accurately and timely.

If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
