The Personal Lines Technology Lean Portfolio Management team is looking for an energetic, analytical, and organized candidate who wants to grow their financial acumen. Candidates will develop a broad range of skills within data, project management and financial analysis. As an integral member of our team, this individual will have a direct view into our initiatives which leverage Agile methodologies to effectively evaluate our operational processes, tools and analytics. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Daily Management of critical financial planning and forecasting tools
  • Daily ownership of Staffing Management tools in Clarity and PPM
  • Support resource allocations and reconciliations for contracts and invoices in Coupa
  • Review billable activity and remediate issues ad hoc
  • Collaborate with leadership throughout various levels of the organization and across lines of business
  • Administrative responsibilities for Agile tools (Rally, Apptio)
  • Onboarding support for a large-scale program
  • Ad hoc reporting requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High proficiency with MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented, Input, understand, analyze and act on data
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn about Portfolio Operations, financial disciplines, agile principles
  • Task-oriented, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Results-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adjust to shifting priorities
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$75,680 - $113,520
