Objective: To hire the most qualified candidates for openings while assisting the Senior Recruiter with the recruitment process for all future new hires company wide.

Responsibilities:
Diversified Protection Corporation is seeking to hire a Junior Recruiter for our growing team! We are looking for a self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills, a competitive nature, and an energizing personality. As a Junior Recruiter, you will:

• Post job opportunities via an applicant tracking system
• Contact active and passive candidates as well as interview interested candidates
• Send recruiting emails to potential new hires
• Maintain candidate databases via an applicant tracking system
• Source, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Onboarding candidates
• Collect required personal documents from candidates
• Coordinate pre-employment background checks and physical/drug screens
• Coding Invoices
• Maintaining engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track all recruits within the hiring process
• Schedule new hire training
• Coordinate training pay for new hires
• Win Team entry
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
The applicant is required to submit to pre-employment drug screening. The applicant must be able to pass an NLIC / State / Local Background check and Credit check (as applicable).
