We at Buckhead Creek Ventures are searching for a full-time Kennel Technician to join our excellent team in assisting us in the care of our animals. This individual needs to be self motivated and work well with others.

Location: Near Walterboro, SC

Starting pay will depend on experience. Raises are given based on quarterly performance reviews.

A successful candidate:

• Can stand for long periods of time
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Dependable and reliable
• Works well with others
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day
• Must have patience when caring for and handling animals

Job responsibilities include:

• Cleaning kennels, cages, and walkways
• Feeding and watering animals
• Handling and occasionally restraining animals
• Recording observations
• Additional tasks as required

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good with animals
• Time management skills
• Close attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
