We have an immediate opening for a Kitchen Designer. This position will meet, greet, discuss projects and options with customers in the store as well as service digitally harvest leads. You will utilize our 4,000 square foot showroom and displays to demonstrate features, benefits, options, and what we can do. You will also help the customer navigate choices, colors, styles, trends, and the possibilities. You will also have 40,000 square foot of home improvement retail space, to show flooring, back splash tile,.. You will discuss our our Installed Sales Services, financing options, and explain project scopes. You will also help the customer in choosing and selecting cabinets, hardware, countertops, and other services that we offer. You will be responsible for designing the cabinet layout (with the aid of CAD), managing the process and the sale, order the product, help manage the process, use a CRM and help communicate throughout the installation and other aspects of the project. We carry and offer several Kitchen Cabinet and Countertop manufactures, styles, and options. We offer and facilitate Virtual Design, remote services, and project managing. This is a design/sales position that will require experience as a kitchen designer (or relevant experience), or be an interior design graduate who would like an opportunity in this field. We are a Premier Dealer for Cambria in the Louisville market, which means all candidates must be able to embrace the higher end clients and sales, but also help our budget conscience customers as well. We have on the job training, and we have multiple sources of support and information.

Our hours of operation are

Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm

Sat 8:00am - 5:00pm

Sun 11:00am - 4:00pm
