Balboa Surf Club is a Pacific Seafood restaurant opening in mid-June from Western Addition Restaurant Group, the company behind local favorite il Bracco. The menu will offer refreshing takes on fresh seafood, sushi, and prime meats butchered in-house daily, satisfying entree salads.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and dependable individual to join our Kitchen Team. The perfect candidate must have experience working in a casual dining restaurant, as well as an interest in developing their culinary skills and learning how to prepare a variety of delicious dishes. In addition, we're looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, who can work well with a team, and who can handle stress in a professional manner. As a part of our team, the successful candidate will work directly alongside our Executive Chefs and learn from them on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food in a timely manner.
• Have knowledge of Thai cooking techniques.
• Prepare meals and side dishes according to customers' needs and preferences.
• Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.
• Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
