We are looking for a Labor and Irrigation Manager with a background in running high end, organized, state-of-the-art farming, growing, and/or agricultural operations. This person will be overseeing labor and irrigation at new and existing Moon Valley Nursery locations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean driving record
• Ability to travel frequently
• Experience supervising maintenance
• Experience installing complex irrigation systems.
• Bilingual
• Tractor operation experience
• Rigging experience
• Irrigation installation, repair
• Maintenance experience
• Plant ID knowledge

Physical requirements/Working conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
