We are currently seeking individuals with mechanical backgrounds, great customer service and some sales skills. We are looking for candidates with Force Calibration experience, specifically within the guidelines of ASTM E4 and E74 specifications. Appropriate candidates will have a solid work history in a related field with long term stability and consistent workloads. Previous calibration or field service experience is a plus but we will train the right person.
This position will report daily, Monday through Friday to our Calibration Laboratory located in Milwaukie OR. New hires, dependent upon experience, could expect to train with senior technicians for approximately 6-12 months in specific disciplines. Serious candidates need only apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean background and driving record
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (additional, formal education in mechanical field or calibration a plus)
- Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Outlook) (Control software is common in our service items)
- Attention to detail is essential
- Good physical condition (Physical demands include 70lb+ lifting, climbing, kneeling and long periods of standing)
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude (hydraulic and pneumatic experience a plus)
- Drug screen and background check required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Technicians are paid hourly including overtime. Pay is based on experience, pay increases based on performance. We offer a variety of benefits including:
