Landscape Supervisor:

Earth Images is a family owned landscaping company, working in the commercial and civil construction sector. It fosters a close knit, hire-to-retire, team environment that provides individuals with opportunities to develop careers in the landscape industry. The company is growing and is currently looking for a person with a background in landscaping experience. This organization values job competence and provides employees the necessary resources to do their jobs effectively. Trusted supervisors are given freedom to develop their own teams and make decisions in the field. This is a full-time, hourly position. The position has a starting wage at $28+/hour and additionally offers health and pension benefits. Earth Images is an equal-opportunity employer.
Desired qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of education and/or work experience in the landscaping industry.
• Supervisory experience including delegation of work tasks to subordinates and meeting daily/weekly production goals.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, good organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications a plus (additional training provided if necessary)
• Clean driving record. CDL qualified candidates given priority.
• Must be able to pass periodic drug and alcohol screening (no exceptions).
