CREW LEADER for AZ Landscape Maintenance, a residential landscape maintenance company.

• Must have 3 years of experience running a 3-man crew.
• Read and understand client maintenance requests.
• Be reliable, organized, and professional.
• Direct all crew activities.
• Properly trim trees, shrubs, and accent plants
• Properly edit irrigation cock settings
• Properly repair irrigation issues
• Properly use equipment (hedge trimmers, pruners, sprayers, blowers, etc)
• Lead a team.

Full-time position.

Must have a valid AZ driver's license, be capable of working outdoors throughout the year, and have reliable transportation.

$15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, plus performance pay. Full health insurance is paid after 60 days.
