GreenMark Land Care is excited to announce an exceptional job opportunity for a Landscape Regional Director overseeing our Southwest FL terrority.

GreenMark Land Care provides full-service commercial landscape maintenance for communities across South Florida from Tampa to Port St. Lucie. The days of multiple vendors are no longer necessary as GreenMark delivers the full package efficiently and expertly!

Pay: $90k - $100k dependent upon experience

Job purpose

The Regional Director is responsible for overall management, growth and profitability of the operation while cultivating client relationships. The position will direct the work of multiple teams allocating resources to provide quality, cost-effective services to our clients. The Regional Director will conduct him/herself in a professional fashion; coordinating and administering company policies and procedures as agreed upon by management and ownership; producing all reporting requirements in a timely manner; training of team members; communicating of goals to the entire team; preparing, implementing, and monitoring the budget; monitoring the quality of products and services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Also securing and protecting assets, including financials, the facilities and equipment.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develops and coordinates the development of long range and annual business plans for their region of the Company.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating and driving organizational change within the region.
  • Cultivating strong internal and external customer focus by delivering the GreenMark Land Care brand, culture, and values.
  • Ensuring resources (tools, talent, and equipment) are effectively allocated and deployed across the region.
  • Developing relationships with key business partners to include suppliers, community relations to grow revenue.
  • Administers personnel and general policies and ensures proper hiring, training, supervising, development, and corrective action in accordance with fair labor standards, safety and established policies as defined in the GreenMark Land Care Manuals.
  • Ensures and oversees the development of operating procedures, shift checklists and training manuals of GreenMark Land Care.
  • Operate within all guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as established by GreenMark Land Care.
  • Develops and maintains a sound organizational structure.
  • Monitors the performance of all daily operations, functions, and services. Assures high standards and total customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures accurate recording of hourly labor and timely, accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensures and develops the emergency and safety procedures as defined in GreenMark Land Care manuals.
  • Advises or provides recommendations for capital improvements, supplies and equipment.
  • Assures operational compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Oversees the care and maintenance of all physical assets and facilities.
  • Participates in the formulation of the annual and seasonal marketing and promotional plans.
  • Diplomatically enforce all rules and regulations of GreenMark Land Care
  • Develops and monitors compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Attends and participates in weekly department, other employee, and executive meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a market or area of a service that includes P&L responsibility.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated success in sales with strong customer experience leading team sales process for growth.
  • Proven success rapidly building rapport with customers and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening, presenting).
