Work with a respectful, fun and passionate team as a lead line/pizza cook, which has the potential to be promoted into a shift leader. Schedule is conducive for high quality of life, we pay 80% of the premium for good medical, dental and vision insurance (that actually has benefits before the deductible) eligible after 30 days of employment, 1 week PTO is earned and available to use after 6 months (and 7 days after 18 months), and lots of good food, beer and wine (21+) discounts.

Responsibilities include learning all facilities of the kitchen including stretching pizza dough, topping pizzas, managing our wood fire oven, cooking pizzas, expediting tickets using our computer system, plating all cold food and hot apps, and any other duties performed by cooks, as well as assisting in the management of staff through the guidance and direction of the chef team.

This job will also participate in creative menu development as a team, recipe development, testing dishes, baking projects, working with sourdough and poolish methods, and other pizza creation.

5 days per week including weekends. Kitchen closes at 9:30 every night except 8:30pm on Sundays.

1+ year restaurant kitchen experience required as a cook, full time or equivalent (e.g., 2 years part time). Pizza or bread/baking experience preferred. We will train the right person!
