Position Title:
- Lead Sugarista – Lead Waxing Specialist / Lead Esthetician
Position Overview:
Organic waxing (sugaring) is exceptional for its natural ingredients and safe for all skin types, especially sensitive skin
We are looking for a hard-working & energetic professional to join our team! The perfect candidate must have very strong customer service and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and keep a positive salon environment. This person should have a passion for teaching others and facilitating learning for all other team members.
We offer to sugar, lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, & vajacial services! We offering a full week of all intensive training with our corporate team for this position.

- Prior Waxing or Sugaring experience (Required)
Core Responsibilities:
- A willingness to learn.
- Greeting your client and explaining what their service entails.
- Make sure your room is always clean, before the start of your shift, during, and after your shift ends.
- Communicating with reception if there are any changes to client services or special requests.
- Knowledge of our product line in case one of our guests would like to purchase them.
- Knowledge of current discounts and packages they may want to ask you while they are in the room with you.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Understanding for people with sensitive skin who may need to be coached during their first experience.
- Knowledge of Sugar paste is not required since we have our very own corporate trainer that will work with you every step of the way.
- Maintain OR state esthetic license and cleanliness of room and equipment per state requirements.
- Responsible for training all other Sugaristas on services and product information.
- Responsible for any questions regarding aftercare for our customers and being our in-house Sugaring expert.
- Responsible for encouraging a positive and healthy work environment for all.
Salary:
- Base pay per hour.
- Tips.
- Commissions on Product.
- Commissions on Packages.
- Annual Bonus Potential.
